About this item

• PHONE LOCK THAT WORKS WHEN WILLPOWER DOESN'T — Built-in screen time settings take two seconds to ignore; the Autonomous Key doesn't. Pick your most distracting apps (social media, games, news), tap your phone to the Key, and the app block stays in place behind a real-world action — a physical lock you can't swipe past. Notifications from blocked apps go quiet too. Passive NFC: no battery, no charging, ever. Works with iPhone (iOS 15+) and Android (8+).
• INTENTIONAL FRICTION, NOT A HARD LOCKOUT — Unlike rigid blockers that strand you when you genuinely need an app, the Key keeps you in control: stay locked for as long as you set, then tap again the moment you truly need back in. There's no "emergency exit" to run out of — getting back in is always one deliberate tap away. Enough friction to break the autopilot reach; never enough to leave you stuck.
• BEAT DOOMSCROLLING WITH AI USAGE INSIGHTS — Other blockers, at most, count your hours. Autonomous Intelligence reads your lock and unlock patterns across day, week, and month and surfaces personalized AI insights — like when your willpower dips — so your habits actually change instead of just being logged. While apps are locked it keeps your phone in Do Not Disturb, so notifications stay quiet. It stays private: it never accesses your messages or your location.
• A SLIM KEY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY — A lightweight key-shaped device (3.1 × 1.5 × 0.1 in) that clips to your keychain and lives in your pocket or bag — not a cube stuck on a desk. One Key pairs with multiple phones, so it doubles as simple kids phone screen time management across your whole household — no nagging required. From Autonomous, the brand you trust for your workspace.
• PAY ONCE, FOCUS FOR LIFE — NO SUBSCRIPTION, EVER — The free companion app comes with full lifetime access, no monthly fees and no hidden costs. Made for deep work, study sessions, screen-free family dinners, the gym, or anyone tired of doomscrolling and ready to reclaim their time. Set up in minutes and tap your way back to focus today.
