About
FEWER SEAMS, LESS LEAK CONCERN — The thick plastic base uses a one-piece, non-removable back instead of an assembled bottom, helping reduce seam-related syrup leaks during entrance feeding and seasonal hive support.
CHECK YOUR JAR BEFORE USE — Designed for compatible regular-mouth jars with an approximately 2-3/4-inch opening. Measure the opening and test the fit and seal before filling; jar threads may vary. Jars are not included.
FEED FROM OUTSIDE THE HIVE — Install the feeder at the hive entrance to check the liquid level, remove the jar and refill from outside. This reduces routine hive-opening steps and helps limit colony disturbance.
USE WITH SYRUP OR WATER — Fill a compatible jar with sugar syrup during early-spring feeding, nectar dearths or fall and winter preparation, or use water to support hive hydration during hot weather.
GREEN DESIGN FOR OUTDOOR SETTINGS — The natural green base coordinates with many garden, backyard and apiary environments, while the 4-pack can be assigned across multiple hives.
