About
Robust material and sturdy construction --- The brass solenoid valve is made of high-quality brass, complemented by a spring sleeve and internal components made of stainless steel. The construction is durable, rust resistant and heat resistant. The pressureless, direct-acting membrane and flat design not only expand the application area, but also improve switching stability and significantly extend the life of the product.
Standard-compliant installation and flexible wiring: the grounding wire is connected to the middle connection, the left and right connections to L (+) and N (-). It is recommended to use cables with a cross section of at least 0.5mm² and an outer diameter of 7-9mm. The solenoid valve must be installed horizontally, whereby the arrow direction on the valve body must match the flow direction. Hanging assembly is strictly prohibited.
Heat generation and operating time: after the switching process is complete, the solenoid coil of the solenoid valve requires little energy to maintain operation; excess energy is released in the form of heat. Therefore, the temperature of the valve body can be up to approx. 80 °C, which is considered a normal phenomenon. To avoid damage, the continuous operating time should not be more than 8 hours.
Wide range of applications and media compatibility: this electric water valve is suitable for use in private, commercial and medical areas, e.g. for irrigation, spray systems and data center cooling. It is compatible with non-corrosive media such as water, air, natural gas and petroleum, but not suitable for corrosive or contaminating media such as strong acids and alkalis, wastewater and industrial gases.
Core parameters and reliability --- Nominal width 16mm, input voltage 220V ±10%AC, thread G1/2" BSPP (DN15), pressure range 0-1.0MPa (0-10bar), normally closed (N/C) (i.e. closed in case of power failure). IP65 rating, fluororubber (Viton), medium temperature -5-80°C. The direct controlled design of this brass solenoid valve allows instant opening and closing, automatic shut-off in the event of a power failure as well as convenient and stable control.
