Bulk Light resistance bands provide around 15lbs - 25lbs (7kg-12kg) of resistance and are ideal for warming-up and high repetition ranges. They are offered in a light grey colourway and are contained within a handy drawstring mesh carry bag. Bulk Medium resistance bands provide around 25lbs - 35lbs (12kg-16kg) of resistance and are ideal for a multitude of exercises and repetition ranges. They are offered in a dark grey colourway and are contained within a handy drawstring mesh carry bag. Bulk Heavy resistance bands provide around 40lbs - 50lbs (18kg-23kg) of resistance. This makes them The most challenging bands within our range and they are ideal for when you really want to push yourself to the maximum.
