Product Description

Use wooden boards to straighten the copper wires. Apply special glue along the lines, making sure not to use too much glue. When the glue is about 30% dry, use tweezers to pick up the straightened copper wires along the traces of the glue. Adjust the position of the copper wires in real-time according to the lines of the picture. Use scissors to cut the copper wires vertically at the places where they need to be cut. Pour colored sand into a cup, add water, and stir back and forth with a small shovel until the colored sand settles at the bottom of the cup. Pour off the foam on the surface of the cup. Repeat the sand washing steps until there are no impurities on the surface of the water. Then pour out the clear water in the cup. Pour sand-setting glue into the sand-setting cup. The ratio of sand-setting glue to colored sand is 1:2. Apply the mixed colored sand to the corresponding areas. The overall height of the colored sand should be two-thirds, neither too much nor too little. Wire-drawing painting is a handcrafted decorative artwork that utilizes aluminum oxide wire and enamel as primary materials. It outlines patterns with metallic lines and applies washed enamel and colored sand to create the painting's hues. A unique technique involves blending colored sand with special glue, uniformly applying it within the wire-drawn lines. This results in clear and flowing lines with visible grains of colored sand, producing a decorative effect. Modern wire-drawing techniques draw inspiration from traditional cloisonné crafts, incorporating wire-drawing, dotting, and polishing methods. However, these are not done on embryos and do not involve firing. Typically, this art can be done on flat surfaces like copper plates, wood, plasterboard, or glass. After tracing, wire-drawing, and coloring, a layer of resin is applied to achieve a glossy, mirror-like surface, ensuring long-lasting preservation without distortion or fading. It combines decoration, artistic appreciation, and collectible value, making it a multifaceted craft.
