40-WATT UV POND CLARIFIER: The Pondmaster 40-Watt Submersible UV Light is a high-performance ultraviolet pond clarifier designed to help control green water and improve pond water clarity. Effective UV clarification helps promote a cleaner-looking pond and a healthy aquatic environment.
DESIGNED FOR LARGE PONDS UP TO 6,000 GALLONS: Ideal for large ponds up to 6,000 gallons when used with pumps up to 3,000 GPH. The powerful 40-watt UV lamp provides effective clarification for appropriately sized pond systems.
VORTEX FLOW DESIGN FOR MAXIMUM UV EXPOSURE: The innovative vortex flow design increases the amount of time water is exposed to ultraviolet light as it passes through the unit. The slim housing brings more water closer to the intense UV rays, helping make the clarification process more efficient.
SUBMERSIBLE OR CONCEALED ABOVE-WATER INSTALLATION: Designed for installation fully submerged in the pond or outside the pond with proper tubing. The unobtrusive black housing blends into pond surroundings, while the slim design can be tucked behind pond borders for concealed above-water installation. Includes a transformer and 18-foot grounded power cord.
POWERFUL 40-WATT UV SYSTEM: Includes a 9000-hour, 40-watt UV lamp enclosed in a watertight quartz sleeve and three glowing Monitor Halo Ring indicators to show the unit is operating. Includes stepped barb fittings for 3/4", 1" and 1 1/2" tubing and a 1 1/2-inch male NPT inlet/outlet. Fully submersible and backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
