SEALED BIRCH HANDLES: Seven paint coats plus lacquer create a smooth finish that is easier to wipe clean. Flat-sided grips help steady the brush and stop it rolling across the table.
WORKS WITH THE PAINTS YOU USE: Synthetic bristles suit acrylic, watercolor, gouache, enamel and oil. Rinse with water for acrylic and watercolor, or the matching solvent for enamel and oil, then reshape and dry flat to keep tips sharp.
WHAT COMES IN THE BOX, AND WHAT TO DO FIRST Twelve brushes with protective tip caps, a rigid screw-top tube and a fitted fabric sleeve. Wash the light coating off the bristles in warm water before first use and any odor goes with it. Cap and tube keep tips straight and dry where paper packaging does neither.
PROTECTED STORAGE CARRY CASE. Each brush includes a tip cap, and the set stores in a breathable drawstring bag inside a rigid screw-top tube. Rinse off the protective coating in warm water before first use.
