IMPORTANT LADDER INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT - For smooth operation, cut the top of the wooden ladder vertically approximately 6"-7" and install the top rollers on the flat vertical surface. Proper alignment keeps rollers perpendicular to the track and helps prevent binding.
