Product Description

The Elevate Beaded Rope wraps 1 in PVC beads around a 3.5mm polycord, thicker than the 3mm cord most beaded ropes use. The extra thickness means the beads hold their shape mid-rotation instead of going limp, and they catch air with an audible rhythm you can time your jumps to. That feedback is what makes this rope the one we recommend for learning. Instead of guessing where the cable is, you can hear and feel it, which speeds up footwork and coordination for anyone working through the basics or refining rhythm. Sizing uses a washer system instead of metal hardware, so the 10 ft cable trims to your height with scissors and no tools. It fits jumpers up to about 6 feet 5 inches and needs roughly 6 by 6 feet of space to use. The segmented beads and cord are built to hold up to daily use on indoor or outdoor surfaces, and the handles are light enough for fast rotation but durable enough for regular training. Every order includes free access to the Elevate app, 100+ workouts and tutorials, a progress tracker, and a nutrition guide, backed by a 90-day product guarantee and a lifetime warranty on the handles.
