How to Use - Pour the contents of this refill pouch into your Illuminating Oil Cleanser refillable bottle. Massage 1-2 pumps of Illuminating Oil Cleanser onto dry skin for 45 seconds to dissolve makeup, dirt and impurities. Add water to create a luxurious, milky fluid before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use morning and evening.
