The Kit is specifically designed to start people on the road to making their own soap using the HOT PROCESS soap making method. Use this kit to take the first step by making a loaf (that can be cut into 11 x 1 inch bars) of homemade natural soap. If you are an educator, use the kit to give a teach soap making class.
Takes approximately 2.5 hours, most is inactive returning to stir. No measuring required (except for the water). You provide 4 items already in your home (see description below). Optional items: a second spatula, a stainless steel spoon, and/or an immersion/stick blender (for quicker blending).
Kit Includes: R.E.D. (Revolutionary Essential Depot) reusable food grade Silicone Soap Mold --- Base Soaping Oils: 12.8 oz. Coconut Oil, 9.6 oz. 100% Beef Tallow from U.S.A., and Canada, 4.8 oz. Palm Oil RSPO Sustainable, 3.2oz. Almond Sweet Oil --- 5 oz. bottle of Sodium Hydroxide with child resistant lid --- 4 oz amber glass bottle containing essential oil scent --- Super Fats Liquid Blend: 0.6 oz. Hemp Oil, 0.6 oz. Seabuckthorn Oil, and 0.6 oz. Black Cumin Seed Oil --- Super Fats Solids: 1.2 oz. Shea Butter --- 1.6 oz. Stearic Acid
The essential oil scent is Essential Depot's Signature scent "Celebrate! Lavender" Essential Oil Blend which is a blend of 6 GC/MS Tested essential oils: Lavender French, Lavender Bulgarian, Frankincense, Cedarwood, Patchouli (dark), and Black Pepper. The scent, and this kit, were developed for the 2024 Celebrate! Lavender Growers Conference. Packaged in a 4 oz amber glass bottle, safety sealed, with a black phenolic cap.
SOAP MOLD CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash prior to first use with warm soap water. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and towel dry completely. Repeat after each use. Dishwasher safe. However, looks best if hand-washed in warm soapy water, rinsed with cold water and completely dried. ALWAYS finish with a cold water rinse and fully dry (leaving no water residue). Use Life: Thousands of uses.
