The pallet is fixed to the arms by bracket so that the pallet can move 4inch (10cm) from front to back. The size of the pallet is 18inch(45cm)*22inch(55cm), the thickness of the pallet is 0.7inch(1.8cm). The screen frame clamp is 9.4inch in width and 2.7inch in height, suitable for screen frame thickness within 2inch. According to different thickness of the screen frame , the screen frame clamp could be adjusted up and down within 0.8inch(2cm)
The screen frame is fixed to the arm by the magnet which installed on the back of the support plate. Please remain a distance of 0.04-0.08inch (1mm-2mm) between the magnet and the arm so as not to broken the magnet.
There are grooves on the three sides of the pallet . Just press the strip into the groove to fix the T-shirts on three sides and then T-shirts can be fixed more stable, printing can be more precise and T-shirts can be cleaner, much better than using glue to fix T-shirts
