Triple layer: consisting of a central aluminum core for quick and even heat distribution, enclosed between 2 solid stainless steel layers; Honeycomb cooking surface: reinforces and protects the water-based non-stick coating that will not be scratched even when in contact with steel utensils and knives; Base: suitable for all hobs, including induction hobs; even in the oven: you can use the pot in the oven up to 220 C and get a ycrispy cooking effect.
