About
NAIL IN WALL ANCHORS (NYLON NAIL PLUG)- Are used to mount reasonably heavy objects to a wall securely, such as shelving, mirrors or paintings. The nylon anchor reinforces the nail helping to prevent the weight of the object from pulling it out of the wall.
ADVANTAGES- The rapid hammerset installation reduces the amount of time required and allows for an economic series installation. Pre-assembled: no need to search for the right screw. Can be removed and instaled via drive in screw head.
MATERIALS- Hammer drive plug comprises a polypropylene PA6 sleeve and a countersunk head screw made of electroplated coatings or non-electrolytically applied zinc flake coatings steel. Increased head diameter ensures much better holding power of the elements being installed, and countersunk section provides reliable installation and eliminates damage to the screw when driving.
INSTALATION- Anchor is placed through the object and into the wall where after the nail is driven in all the way to enable expansion of the sleeve inside the hole. The same size hole should be drilled in the object and the surface it’s mounted to.
SUITABLE SURFACES- Nail in wall ancors works on Concrete, Vertically perforated brick, Hollow blocks made from lightweightconcrete, Cavity floor slabs made from bricks and concrete, Perforated sand-lime brick, Solid sand-lime brick, Natural stone, Aerated concrete, Chipboard, Solid panel, Solid brick made from lightweight concrete, Solid brick.
Product Description
Hammer drive anchors are reliable fastening solutions designed for quick installation into concrete, brick, and masonry materials. These nail-in anchors consist of a durable plastic sleeve and a zinc-plated steel screw with a countersunk head, providing strong and secure wall fixing performance. The plastic anchor sleeve is manufactured from high-quality polyethylene or polyamide for durability and flexibility during installation. When the hammer drive screw is driven into the anchor, the sleeve expands tightly against the wall material, creating a secure and stable hold. The countersunk head screw allows the fastener to sit flush with the surface, providing a clean and professional finish. The increased head diameter helps distribute pressure evenly and improves holding strength for the installed fixture.Hammer drive anchors are designed for fast installation—simply drill the hole, insert the anchor, and drive the screw with a hammer. This makes them ideal for large installations and repetitive fixing work where speed and reliability are important. These masonry anchors are commonly used for fixing wood and wood-based materials, battens, frames, and other construction components to solid wall substrates.Suitable for installation in:• Concrete• Solid brick and masonry• Hollow or perforated brick• Lightweight aggregate concrete• Aerated concrete (AAC)Built for durability and dependable performance, these hammer-in wall anchors are widely used in construction, carpentry, and general fastening applications.
