WHAT IT DOES: Conditions sparse, fine or over-tweezed brows to support the appearance of fuller, thicker-looking arches.
HOW TO USE IT: Apply once daily to clean, dry brows before bed using the precision applicator. Dries in seconds and will not transfer to pillows.
KEY INGREDIENTS: Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 and Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17, with biotin, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate to condition and hydrate brow hair.
