The dual-sided nature of the griddle plate allows for versatility in cooking as it can be flipped to the other side depending on the type of food being cooked.
CHARCOAL TRAY FEATURES - This stainless steel charcoal basket is a direct plug and play replacement for any Mont Alpi outdoor island kitchen and built in grill (MABi400, MABi805, MAi805, MAi400-D, MAi805-D, MAI805-BSS and MA-957) model. All you have to do is take off a grill grate from your grill and put in the charcoal tray underneath it and put the grill grate back on top of charcoal tray.

NATURAL CONVERSION KIT FEATURES - 10-foot natural gas hose, natural gas regulator, and conversion tool included. The 10-foot hose allows you to position your grill in the perfect location. Please note that all Mont alpi Grills already have the propane and natural gas orifices in each burner so this kit does not include any orifices. You simply have to remove the propane orifices and leave the natural gas orifices in when doing the conversion.
