Healthy Duralon Blue coating - The environmentally friendly, ultra-non-stick Gen10 Duralon Blue coating is a completely natural ceramic coating that is free from harmful chemicals such as PFAS*, PTFE, PFOA, lead and cadmium. It also does not emit toxic gases at higher temperatures. *Tested by TÜV Rheinland for 106 known PFAS elements, none has been discovered.
Generation 10 (G10) ceramic - For more than a decade, we have continuously perfected our Duralon ceramic coating. G10 Duralon Blue is exceptional in every category. It heats quickly and evenly, releases food effortlessly, and is exceptionally durable.
Duralon Blue hardness - The hardness is rated 9H. Since diamond is rated 10H, it is extremely strong. It has a high resistance to abrasion, corrosion and acids, which means it won't chip or discolor and retains its non-stick properties longer.
Safe for all cooking plates and oven. Each cooking pot is also safe for use on all hobs, including electric and gas stoves. They are oven safe to 500°F (260°C) for a seamless transition from stovetop to oven.
