The Robot Coupe CMP 250 VV handheld compact power mixer has various speeds that self regulate between 5,000 and 10,000 rotations per minute. This immersion blender is made of stainless steel with watertight air vents in the top of the motor, and the bell and the blades are removable from the foot for easy cleaning, an included tool detaches the blades safely. For storage, this unit comes with a wall-mounted holder to keep the mixer handy when not in use. This blender's 10" stainless steel shaft is great for liquefying, pureeing, and blending, while its compact size makes it easy to use, transport, and store when space is at a premium. A stainless steel wall support gives added stability and control while blending, and the included blade disassembly tool offers added convenience when finished with the unit.
