About

This slider fitness slider is made of ABS material, environmentally friendly, pressure and acid resistant, very strong and durable.
The diameter is 23.5 cm x 13.5 cm, total of 2 pieces. The sliding discs are lightweight, compact and easy to store.
The fitness disc has a hard ABS surface on one side and a soft EVA surface on the other. The larger EVA side serves as a contact surface with your body, which makes it not easy to slip during movement. The ABS side has a slight curvature that reduces friction and allows easier gliding during exercises.
Please note: we recommend using this disc on carpets or yoga mats. It may not be ideal for certain tiles or wooden floors.
