Craft cocoa-pod-shaped pastries with the Silikomart Kit 3D Tarte Ring Cabossa, designed in collaboration with pastry chef Carmine di Donna. This professional set includes a platinum silicone tray with six cavities, each measuring 4.72 in × 1.57 in × 0.78 in high (120 × 40 × 20 mm) and holding 1.31 fl oz (39 ml) of chocolate or cream. Also included are six perforated rings made of Tplus+ composite, shaped to match the tray cavities, and a dual-sided cutter-presser for preparing shortcut pastry crusts. The rings are oven-safe up to 356°F (180°C), freezer-safe to -76°F (-60°C), and dishwasher-safe. The tray is microwave-safe (except crisp setting), oven-safe to 446°F (230°C), and freezer-safe to -76°F (-60°C). BPA- and PFAS-free, non-stick, flexible, and odor-neutral, this kit ensures easy release and preserves the flavor of your creations. The tray folds for storage and springs back into shape for use. Avoid placing on direct heat sources. Wash with mild soap; do not use abrasive sponges or sharp tools.
