About
Size And Fit: This 1/2 violin in Natural finish is a fractional-size instrument for players who need a smaller fit. When comparing a violin for kids, confirm fit with a teacher or current size chart instead of relying on age alone. Suitable for lessons, practice and ensembles.
Solid Maple Wood Construction: The instrument has an oil-varnished solid spruce top with solid highly flamed maple wood back, sides, neck and scroll. Inlaid purfling and solid wood pegs, fingerboard and chinrest give it the classic look of orchestral string instruments.
Tuning Support: The aluminum tailpiece has four built-in fine tuners for pitch adjustments. The included tuner supports pitch checks, while spare strings and a spare bridge support routine maintenance. These beginner violin kit features also serve returning and continuing players.
Portable Learning Set: The lightweight triangular case has a rain-resistant canvas exterior, shoulder straps, sheet-music pocket and accessory compartment. It helps keep a student violin, bows, shoulder rest and lesson essentials organized for travel.
Confirmed Package Contents: 1 Solid Maple Wood violin, size 1/2, 1 lightweight violin case, 2 violin bows, 1 shoulder rest, 1 tuner, 1 spare string set, 1 spare bridge, 1 rosin and 1 mute.
