Product Description

"How to Create?" Drawing: Once the cloisonné pattern is confirmed, it is sketched on paper, with the paper size determined by the artwork’s dimensions. It's essential to ensure the pattern's proportions are suitable and the lines flow smoothly. "Cloisonné": The metal wires are bent and folded according to the traced design and adhered to the drawing board, a process known as cloisonné. It starts with wire straightening, followed by applying adhesive. Through techniques like bending, pinching, folding, and rolling, beautiful patterns are meticulously crafted. Seemingly ordinary metal wires, after meticulous shaping, astonishingly form intricate, detailed patterns, emanating a three-dimensional and smoothly flowing aesthetic. "Enameling": The enchanting aspect of enameling is that design patterns do not dictate colors. Selection and tonal coordination depend solely on experience and imagination. Enameling is not a straightforward process. It involves multiple iterations, repeated three or four times, until the enamel is perfectly aligned with the wire's height. Finishing: Post-enameling, the enamel's thickness on the Jingtailan surface might be uneven, requiring grinding to reveal the embedded wire. Once the composition is refined, glue is applied, left to thoroughly dry, and then coated with crystal glue. Only after complete drying, a finely-crafted cloisonné enamel artwork is considere
