Emergency Application – Intended for temporary repair of sidewall cuts or punctures up to 1.5 inches (38 mm) in length. Provides an emergency fix to allow the vehicle to be driven to a workshop or safe location. Not a permanent tire repair.
Installation – Requires a 10 mm wrench and pliers (not included). No adhesives, drying time, or tire removal from the vehicle. Steps: 1. Insert compression bolt and recovery cable; install inner patch; pull cable and bolt through the patch and cut; 2. Center bolt and align alignment cord at the cut end; place outer patch over bolt and align with the cut; 3. Tighten bolt and inflate tire to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
Construction – Tool body and bolt components are steel. Inner and outer patches included. The design uses mechanical compression rather than chemicals, enabling immediate use after installation.
