Triple Coaxial Wheel Axle Torque Demonstrator 20/40/80mm Plastic Support Stand Labor-Saving Force Ratio Statics Mechanics
Product Information
About
This wheel axle demonstrator is equipped with three coaxial shafts of different diameters (20/40/80mm), used to explore torque transmission rules and labor-saving mechanical characteristics of wheel axle structures.
The full assembly includes plastic base, vertical support rod, fixing pin and threading tool. Standard counterweights are not included and need separate preparation for balance comparison tests.
Quick disassembly and replacement of different diameter shafts enables group contrast experiments to observe the relationship between wheel radius and required balanced load.
All parts are made of lightweight solid plastic, total size 157×80×265mm and net weight only 60g, easy to move and store after mechanical force tests.
Visible balance comparison converts abstract torque formulas into intuitive load matching phenomena, suitable for independent statics mechanical transmission principle research.
Product Description
Wheel Axle Statics Mechanics Demonstration EquipmentMaterial: Sturdy plasticSize: Base length 157 * Base width 80 * Total height 265mmWeight: Net weight 60gKit composition: One triple coaxial wheel axle (20mm/40mm/80mm diameter), vertical support rod, flat base, fixing pin and threading tool. Experimental hanging counterweights are not included.Standard experimental operation stepsInsert the support rod into the base hole and place the set on flat desktop. Fix the wheel axle on the rod with pin, thread traction rope via the threading tool and tie hanging loops at both ends of the rope.Hang counterweights on ropes of 40mm shaft and 80mm wheel separately, record the weight combination that keeps the wheel axle balanced.Replace the 40mm shaft with the 20mm small-diameter shaft and repeat the balance test to observe changes of matching load.Summarize torque balance rules, labor-saving performance and practical application logic of wheel axle mechanical structures through comparative test results.Purpose: Mechanical experimental auxiliary tool for exploring wheel axle torque transmission and labor-saving lever mechanical principles.
