Fresh EVO oil from latest harvest campaign 2025/2026.
Tunnaliva extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from olives of the “Nocellara del Belice” variety harvested from our olive trees located in the Belice Valley, a predominantly hilly area in south-western Sicily.
EVO oil with a typical medium fruity flavour with harmoniously balanced bitter and spicy vegetal notes and a fresh and persistent aftertaste.
IGP SICILIA certificate, synonymous with quality and traceability of the product in the production phases from the cultivation of the olives to the subsequent milling and packaging.
Ideal for dressing any type of mixed salad, boiled vegetables, legume soups, minestrone, raw fish, in order to enhance their flavours without covering them.
The bag-in-box best protects the oil from air and thus from oxidation thanks to the internal vacuum bag that compresses as the oil is tapped and the dispenser tap equipped with a valve that prevents its entry. It is also durable, easy to handle and does not rust.
