How to use: Before exercising, please shake the bottle and spray a small amount to your mat from a distance and wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth. Shake the bottle after your exercise and spray freely onto the surface of the mat. Wipe with a damp cloth and allow the mat to air dry out of the sun. How to store: Since this is a natural product, it keeps best in a cool, dark place. Do not leave in direct sunlight.
