About
HOT FOIL STAMPING MACHINE: The ZS-100 combines controlled heating with manual lever pressure for foil stamping, hot stamping, embossing and branding. Designed for compatible leather, PU, PVC, paper and other heat-tolerant flat materials.
LETTER AND NUMBER SET INCLUDED: Supplied with Times New Roman brass type, including 26 uppercase letters, 26 lowercase letters, 10 numbers and 20 symbols, plus a 13 cm T-slot type holder. Uppercase letters and numbers are 6 mm high; lowercase letters are 4 mm high.
DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Set the working temperature from 0-350°C (32-662°F) to suit different materials and foil types. The digital display makes time and temperature settings easy to monitor during repeated stamping work.
ADJUSTABLE MANUAL PRESSURE: The 10 x 13 cm (3.94 x 5.12 in) hot stamping area and 15-38 kgf pressure range support names, initials, numbers, dates, short text and compatible logo dies. The manual lever helps apply controlled downward pressure across the workpiece.
TWO STAMPING OPTIONS: Use the supplied brass letter set for personalized text, or remove the T-slot holder to install a compatible custom metal die.
