Bey-Berk Leo Wood Backgammon Set (18” Board), High Lacquer Art Deco Inlaid Case with Wood Checkers and Brass Hardware

Product Information

About this item

• Compact Statement Game Case: A slim rectangular case patterned with art deco stripes and checks looks more like a design object than a game box. The high lacquer finish brings out the depth of each wood tone, so the set holds its own on a coffee table, console, or bookshelf. Brass latches punctuate the edges, adding a touch of shine that frames the warm veneers.
• Layered Inlay With Art Deco Attitude: Multi-color wood inlay on the exterior and interior creates a coordinated look that feels curated rather than casual. The backgammon points are cut from contrasting veneers, giving every move a backdrop of sharp geometry and visible grain. The glossy surface lets checkers glide smoothly while still showcasing the natural character of the wood beneath.
• Comfortable Scale For Everyday Play: An 18 inch playing field provides generous room for arranging checkers without overwhelming the tabletop. Closed, the case measures about 21 x 9.75 x 2.5 inches and weighs roughly 5.7 pounds, which gives it a substantial feel while remaining easy to carry from room to room. Hinges open fully so the board lies flat and stays stable throughout each match.
• Complete Backgammon Ensemble Inside: Two sets of 15 wooden checkers in rich coordinating tones, four dice, and a doubling cube come ready to play the moment the latches release. The interior channels help keep pieces organized when the case closes, reducing the chance of stray checkers or dice. Every component is sized to feel comfortable in hand and to complement the refined aesthetic of the board.
• Display-Worthy Gift With Staying Power: With its artful inlay, polished lacquer, and full-size playing field, this set lands with the impact of a decorative accent that also happens to host serious games. It settles naturally into living rooms, offices, and dens where it invites spontaneous backgammon sessions.
