Product Information

About this item

• Glossy Black Statement Board: High-polish black acrylic paired with sharp white and grey points creates a dramatic backdrop that instantly updates traditional backgammon. The reflective surface mirrors surrounding light and décor, giving the board a luxurious, almost lacquered feel. When opened on a table, it reads like part game, part design object. Closed, the rectangular case sits neatly on a shelf or console as a sleek accent piece.
• Engraved Exterior Personal Touch: Custom engraving on the case exterior adds a subtle signature element that distinguishes this set from standard game boxes. A name, initials, or short phrase is etched directly into the Lucite rather than printed on top, so the detail will not peel away with time. The engraving nestles naturally into the minimalist design and feels intentional rather than loud.
• Travel-Friendly 14-Inch Case Format: The slim profile measures about 14" x 8.5" x 2" and weighs roughly 3.65 lb, a combination that feels substantial in hand yet easy to carry between rooms or residences. Magnetic closures keep both halves of the case aligned and secure during transport or storage. Once opened, the board lays completely flat so checkers slide smoothly across the points. The proportions fit comfortably on coffee tables, sideboards, and game tables without crowding other pieces.
• Coordinated Checkers, Dice, and Cups: Inside the case sits a complete playing kit; black and white checkers, two sets of dice, a doubling cube, and leather-wrapped dice cups that add a tactile counterpoint to the acrylic. Each element echoes the monochrome palette, creating a unified, considered look. Smooth finishes help pieces move effortlessly during play. Dedicated channels inside the case keep everything organized once the last roll ends.
• Memorable Gift-Ready Presentation: The blend of luxury acrylic, leather accents, monochrome styling, and custom engraving turns this set into a standout gift that feels carefully selected. It suits moments when something both entertaining and display-worthy is needed, such as milestone birthdays, holidays, promotions, or housewarmings.
