About this item
- GOURMET PIZZA STONE - Our premium pizza stone is made of natural Cordierite, which means it has no odor and is heat resistant up to 1,450°F (787°C) with excellent thermal shock resistance, built to outlast all others. Unlike ceramic pizza stones that are known to crack after a few uses, cordierite stones are built to outlast all others. The stone is 15"x12" so will fit in most ovens or barbecue grills.
- PERFECT DESIGN FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS – This bread stone distributes heat evenly for optimal cooking, much more efficient than metal. Great for cooking fresh or frozen pizza on the grill or in the oven. Cordierite is full of invisible micro-pores which absorb and eliminate excess moisture from dough, avoiding the sogginess that often occurs with metal pans, to create a crisp crust for your pizza. Perfect for baking pizza, bread, and cookies at home.
- USE IN AN OVEN, BBQ GRILL, OR HOB – These Pizza stones are made to be used just about anywhere and will work with coal, gas, charcoal and will fit in most ovens. Can be used with any barbecue brands such as Charbroil, Weber, Nexgrill, Rockwell, Traeger, Napoleon, Green Mountain, Broil King, Cuisinart, and Chargriller BBQ grills.
- FRESH ITALIAN STYLE PIZZA IN OVEN OR BBQ – Never have soggy bottom pizzas again! This cordierite pizza stone transforms your homemade pizza into a cheesy, crusty, slice of heaven. The result is a crispy, crusty, pizza that's better than your local Italian pizzeria.
