About this item
- CLEAN, GREAT-TASTING WATER WHEREVER YOU GO: Designed for travel and daily use, the BeFree AC Bottle 0.7L works with tap water, fountains, and water sources along the way, one bottle from city to trail.
- 2-STAGE FILTRATION FOR BETTER TASTE: A 0.1-micron hollow-fiber membrane reduces sediment and microplastics while activated carbon cuts chlorine, odor, and off-tastes, so every refill tastes clean from the tap, a fountain, or a stream.
- LONG-LASTING FILTER, EASY TO REPLACE: The hollow-fiber cartridge filters up to 1,000 liters while carbon pads refresh taste periodically, and when it is time you can swap it in seconds with no tools using genuine Katadyn replacements from Amazon.
- FAST FLOW, ZERO-TOOL CLEANING: Just fill, squeeze, and drink. To restore flow, shake or swish the bottle in clean water, with no backflushing or tools required. TSA-friendly: empty before security, then refill past the checkpoint.
- Trusted Since 1928: Katadyn has been delivering clean water solutions for nearly a century. Used by hikers, travelers, and professionals worldwide, our products are built for reliable performance wherever you go.
Product Description
The Katadyn BeFree AC Bottle 0.7L is a filtered water bottle built for the way modern travelers actually move - commuting, traveling internationally, running errands, and hitting the trail, often all in the same day. Unlike the collapsible softflask BeFrees, the 0.7L features a rigid, hard-sided bottle designed to fit standard cup holders and bike bottle cages, making it as at home on a daily commute as it is on a trail. Its 2-stage filtration system combines a 0.1 micron hollow fiber EZ-Clean membrane with activated carbon to filter out sediment, fine particles, and microplastics while reducing chlorine, odors, and bad taste. This makes it especially well suited for tap water sources, hotel sinks, airport fountains, and urban refill points, not just backcountry streams. The bottle fits in carry-on bags, side pockets, and backpack pockets. Empty it before security, refill at the fountain on the other side, and go. Maintenance requires no tools or backflushing - just shake or swish in water to restore full flow. BPA-free and built for high-frequency daily use, the BeFree AC Bottle 0.7L is the filtered water bottle that keeps up with a life that does not slow down
