About this item
- Oversized Design. Measures 7" x 1-3/8". Compared to traditional small strike plates, the enlarged size enhances security and covers the damaged door frame, worn slot, and gouges from improper woodworking. It cleans up the area around the strike hole and hides flaws or broken areas in the jamb.
- Enlarged Strike Hole/Opening: A larger opening to fix issues where the door fails to latch close properly. Fix deadbolt misalignment/sticking. The size of the opening is large enough to allow for seasonal ground movement or wood shrinkage, keeping the latch working properly.
- Relocated Screw Holes: Positioned away from standard strike plate holes, so you can install it even when the original holes are stripped, damaged, or oversized.
- Thicker Material: Constructed from 2mm hardened stainless steel, it withstands heavy impacts without deformation. The heavy-duty material provides better protection.
- Includes 3-inch and 1-inch Torx/Star Screws and Bit: Comes with 4 pieces of 3-inch screws and 2 pieces of 1-inch screws. The 3-inch screws feature a dual-cut design for easier driving, effectively preventing wood splitting and screw breakage. Screw bit included.
- Ideal for common deadbolts and electronic/smart locks.
