Organic Spelt Flour is 100% stone ground from delicious, easily digestible grains that are an ancient relative of modern day wheat. This organic whole grain wheat flour can be used in bread dough and most recipes calling for regular wheat flour, including pretzels, crepes, waffles and pie crust.
